BinLayer is a new ad network based in Germany, that pays only on impressions. The site is in german but it also has an english, french and russian version.

I have registered with them a few months ago but only recently added their code on one of my websites. At first I was skeptical because they did offer many options but they really surprised me with their rates.

On a website with about 1500 unique visitors, I am making 5-6 Euros/ day. For the first time an ad-network actually offers a very high rate for traffic from Turkey, Romania, Poland and other 2nd and 3rd tier countries.

They offer some of the biggest rates in the industry for first tier traffic (USA, Canada,Germany..), for some ads they go as high as 12 euros CPM, and a decent CPM for 2nd and 3rd tier traffic from 1 to 2 Euros (about 2.8$).

You have 3 ad types to chose from:

LayerAds - Fly-in-ad that covers the content of the page, with a 3 hours ip block.

PopAds - A new window that opens once the visitors interact with the page – block-resistent, with a 15 ip block

HybridAds – Combination of LayerAds and PopAds with an especially high compensation; 1 hour ip block

The user back-end is really easy to use, it does not have many options because of the small number of add types, you can generate your code from there, set up tracking IDs, change your info or ask for a payment.

The payment limit is 10 Euros and they send the money in 2-3 weeks maximum.

This is a good opportunity for webmasters to monetize all types of traffic. This network is ideal for a flash games website or download site.
